In a vacuum environment, heating through convection is not possible, so the heating methods are conduction or radiation. Achieving high radiation under vacuum means that heating can be done quickly, leading to significant cost reductions. By applying our unique groundbreaking special processing (patent pending) to the heat source section of the vacuum dryer, we have successfully increased the radiation heat in a vacuum, and it has been confirmed that the heat absorption of the workpiece has significantly improved. Our technology can be applied to any model of our vacuum dryers, and comparative testing with test machines is also possible.
